Key Responsibilities
• Comply with quality targets as established by the organization
• Implement and adhere to established underwriting guidelines and practices to establish, build and maintain a profitable book of business
• Educate and recommend coverages based upon individual customers' needs about Allstate's suite of insurance products.
• Create, implement, and review effective business plans, prospecting, and marketing initiatives to generate leads and achieve defined business results
• Monitor sales metrics and achieve monthly sales targets and outcomes
• Provide professional service to customers and business partners that build customer satisfaction, loyalty, and a superior customer experience.
• Establish and grow the target customer base through Allstate sales 'best practices', processes and professional customer relationship building practices
Education
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
• 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities
