    Job Summary:

    The Operations Strategy Lead is responsible for directly developing and supporting the assist center s major projects/initiatives by providing in-depth analytics that drive process improvement aligned to assist center goals. The position requires a detailed knowledge of service center best practices and service delivery optimization strategies. This includes developing presentations, following-up on issues and actions, and tracking multiple project/initiative components.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry best practice and service delivery optimization strategies
    • Provide key support to the assist center management team in the development of in-depth workforce planning modeling and operational analytics
    • Provides strategic recommendations to business regarding IVR optimization, resource optimization including skill-based routing, service delivery
    • Develop presentations to effectively communicate updates on performance management processes, technology, and effectiveness
    • Partner with IT to implement technology infrastructure, including the hardware, software and telephony required to support the Assist Center strategy
    • Leverage available technology to maximize consumer self-service utilization via IVR, web, and mobile in support of service delivery initiatives to increase contact deflection
    • Maintain an understanding of both customer and rescue associate experience to enrich Assist Center performance management program
    • Serve as lead analyst on special projects, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
    • 5 or more years of related experience

    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

    • None

    Functional Skills:

    • Strong analytical capabilities and project management skills
    • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge and PC/software skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Organizational and time management skills
    • Call center experience in a large (+ 1MM annual contacts) environment and the ability to demonstrate core skills in planning and forecasting delivery

    Compensation offered for this role is $82,000.00-$146,125.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.
