Associate Manager - Transactional Quality

"Quality Review Document" (Quality framework) requirements

Set strong governance plans to monitor team outcomes

Design audit mechanism to deliver business insights, suggest improvement opportunities for the identified metrics

Ability to foster new ideas and implement it with tangible outcomes

Ability to understand and influence business metrics with sustainable plan

Run projects and RCPS with definite outcomes

Provides coaching, mentorship and consultation to QA leads and QA associates

Liaising with onshore partners to achieve operational and strategic business goals

Evaluates and helps assure that all the QA planning and related decision-making supports the company 's established business visions and strategic goals

Ability to understand linkages in automation and liaise with teams for implementation

Drives optimization and efficiency within the teams

Transition Focus- Help to design Quality processes during transition to deliver Insights and efficiencies on the onset

Skills :

Bachelor's degree required

US Insurance knowledge mandatory

AINS certification will be preferred

Knowledge of Data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau

Digital Mindset

Knowledge of Macros/VBA is preferred

Green Belt or Black Belt trained

6-8 years of experience in team management
