• Coordinate workflow distribution, reporting, and team logistics.

• Coordinate engagement and team-building activities, including budgeting, supplies, and event logistics.

• Track and analyze engagement data and prepare reports (Quality, Applause, and other metrics).

• Support supervisors with agenda preparation, coordination, and project follow-up.

• Manage Excel-based reporting, compiling monthly performance numbers for leadership.

• Promote teamwork, reliability, and collaboration across departments.

• Develop creative and practical event ideas to enhance engagement and efficiency.

• Handle vendor coordination and procurement negotiations within company policy.

• Maintain strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail while adapting to feedback.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of prior experience in event planning or administrative support (e.g., administrative assistant, auxiliary roles).

• Strong in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Skilled in creating and editing visually appealing content for presentations, newsletters, and internal communications.

• Excellent grammar, spelling, and attention to detail in written materials.

• Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and teamwork.
