eeds of large scale complex end-to-end processes. Provides oversight for research, design, build, testing, deployment, analysis, administering, and maintaining environments. This position will be leveraged as a flooring subject matter expert (SME) across the Allstate Claims Property Operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrates understanding of business unit and/or industry systems, processes and requirements for flooring projects
Ability to train and support the field staff to enhance understanding of flooring related best practices
Able to handle escalations surrounding flooring related issues and leverage negotiation skills
Represents the business area in strategic planning activities with senior level executives
Understands departmental cost structure and touch points to other areas. Initiates implementation of solutions that positively impact profitability and operational efficiencies
Gathers and analyzes business and stakeholder requirements. Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures
Applies best practices when summarizing, consolidating, and presenting findings and recommendations to senior leaders and officers
May direct the work of other staff members or lead a virtual cross functional team
Ensures successful completion of projects by supporting organizational objectives and anticipating future impacts and needs for adaptations and changes in end-to-end processes at a global or enterprise level
Initiates and supports business optimization efforts to enable effective and efficient delivery of valued services
Education and Experience:
10 or more years of experience directly working in the flooring industry and have experience with all flooring types
5 or more years of experience as a flooring contractor (Preferred)
Leadership experience (Preferred)
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Property adjuster license, (Preferred)
Facilitation and or training experience (Preferred)
Functional Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and Outlook
Proficient in project management skills
Demonstrates mastery of facilitation in challenging situations of a difficult nature
Ability to influence others
Experienced internal consultant, both in terms of client relationships as well as staff interaction and acts as a mentor to others
Involves stakeholders from other functional areas in problem resolution, influencing others outside of area of responsibility to act
Provides employees with a line of sight between their work and these corporate goals and strategy
Mastery of communications in practical applications of a difficult nature with the ability to express ideas concisely and in an easily understood manner
Adapts management style according to situation and people, fostering a positive and productive environment
*this position involves 25% travel
Can live anywhere in the United States except *this position is not available for Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii residents.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $74,240.00 - 134,060.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
