    About the Role:

    As the Intern Program Consultant, you will own and/or run the events for recruiting our interns, create a program curriculum to engage the interns, and provide mentorship. You will act as not only one of the Program Leads, but also a consistent mentor, coach and career advisor for participants to ensure they have the best experience beginning their careers with us. In addition, you will have the opportunity to lead and participate in campus events where we recruit for these programs. Through this role, you will have the ability to flex both your organizational and creativity muscles by executing on the development of early talent and acting as a liaison with business partners and key stakeholders.

    This role will require you to travel during the Fall and Spring seasons. During the Fall season, travel will be the heaviest, around 50%. In the Spring season, travel will be approximately 25%. Occasional travel within the Chicagoland area will be expected.

    Where You Come In:

    • Innovate and optimize program activities such as social and professional development sessions to create a best-in-class experience for program participants.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers to identify talent needs as well as consult on best practices for internship experiences

    • Mentor program participants and assist in the post program placement of participants

    • Design presentations/materials as necessary

    • Effectively building communication strategies to further early talent programming internally and externally

    • Support campus activities and events such as career fairs, interview days, and College/University events (virtual or in person) during the fall/spring campus recruitment season

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    This job does not have supervisory duties.

    What we need to see from you:

    • Bachelor's Degree

    • 2+ years' experience in understanding intern programs or early talent programming

    • Proven track record of being detail-orientated and organization to complete multiple projects on multiple timelines

    • Able to work autonomously, take ownership and make decisions that will serve the candidate, client and business

    • Confident, professional communication skills (both written and oral)

    • Sense of comfort in ambiguous situations where the question may be bigger than the answers given

    • Ability to interact effectively, and coach others on interacting effectively, with internal or external customers and act with empathy

    • Applies broad problem-solving skills to continuously improve business outcomes

    • Solutions-oriented mind-set

    Compensation offered for this role is $59,250.00-$96,937.50 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.

    The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
