Key Responsibilities
• Shepherd product decisions through user research, user flows, design concepts and collaborative iterative design
• Help product managers assess and prioritize opportunities, constraints, and features
• Collaborate with other product designers and/or other project team members that have complimentary skills
• Design & envision experiences iteratively in a lean environment
• Leverage data and user feedback to drive design decisions
• Create streamlined final design artifacts using the Design System to replace heavy and unusable design documentation
• Conduct frequent & appropriate user research, testing and metrics analysis
• Create rapid iterations of design prototypes that can be tested and validated quickly

Education
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
• 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Education & Experience (in lieu)
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $78,600.00 - 142,275.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
