Key Responsibilities:
Collaborates with several internal customers in areas such as Line Management, Underwriting, and other teams.
Assists in the development of opportunities to improve state and product strategies, business production, and coordinate with other areas to implement improvements.
Understands P&L, key insurance metrics, and finance report data is preferred.
Leverages available data sources/tools, reports and measurement processes.
Supports strategic business decisions by pulling data and monitoring key business metrics to identify emerging trends and opportunities for state management teams.
Generates periodically reports and exhibits reflecting growth, retention and profitability metrics
Assists in development of new products by helping perform compliance review, competitive analysis and building supporting data analysis/exhibits
Works closely with product manager to implement rating plan enhancements and coordinate various state filings
Performs industry level research and monitors competitor filing activity within assigned region
Collaborates closely with project implementation team and other internal departments to ensure accurate implementation of various projects

Preferred Qualifications:
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
2 or more years of related experience preferably with NGIC

Functional Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn new applications and systems and process complex data from multiple sources
Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with SQL
In-depth knowledge of NPS system

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $59,800.00 - 90,540.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
