O365 Collaboration Specialist (Training & Content)

Alteryx is searching for a Technical Collaboration Specialist. This role can be fully remote, or alternatively work out of our office in Broomfield, Colorado.  

Position Overview:

To be successful in this role you will exhibit strong ownership and communication skills. You excel at user interaction through delivering an empowered effortless customer experience. As an advocate and voice of the users, you will work with multiple teams to create documentation and provide training on the Microsoft collaboration tool set as well as other various applications.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Ability to translate technical documentation to end user documentation

• 3+ years’ experience with O365 stack

• Presentation skills to include proficiency in design and delivery

• Ability to manage and direct multiple projects on an on-going basis

• Ability to Self-motivate, adapt, and champion change

• A strong desire to work with new and upcoming technologies

• Able to provide professional, timely, and courteous customer service

• Be a self-starter who manages your own work without the need of micromanagement

• Be driven to deliver the highest quality solutions to delight customers

• Show strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance driven environment managing multiple project priorities

• Drives cross-functional collaboration

Valued Skills:

• Previous experience as a Senior Desktop Engineer, Associate IT Administrator, or Microsoft customer support

• Working technical knowledge of the O365 collaboration stack

• SharePoint Administration

• Previous experience as a Technical Writer

• Demonstrated analytic skills.

• Good ability to establish rapport and gain the trust of others

• Demonstrated ability to influence, motivate, and mobilize team members and business partners

• Superior customer service skill

Compensation:

Alteryx is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Broomfield, Colorado is $78,300 - $129,200. This position is also remote-friendly and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation including bonus and stock grants.
