If you're passionate about HR Systems & Operations, change management, and have experience in a techno-functional or business analyst capacity supporting P&C, this is the role for you! Role will be hybrid based in our growing Bengaluru, India office. This role will report locally to the Manager, People Operations, but provide dotted line support to our regional People Operations Partners.
What You'll Do :
Support testing, change management, and enablement of people technology process and system changes.
Create test plans, coordinate testing scenario preparation in test tenants, and conduct User Acceptance Testing with business stakeholders to ensure the configuration meets the requirements and desired functionality. This also includes regression testing on a semi-annual basis in conjunction with new/existing product releases.
Identify areas for improvement to ensure data integrity, optimization, and consistency across all People systems. Flag areas where there are data integrity issues to be resolved immediately.
Update or create enablement and documentation resulting from new system updates and changes.
Support the change management of technology enhancements, process improvements, or new technology added to the business. This may include, communication planning, creating or facilitating and conducting end user training and creating supporting documentation such as guides or quick videos.
Monitor support cases submitted as a result of system changes and create or enhance support content to address issues that may arise.
Investigate and document issues and defects reported to ensure necessary understanding of issues prior to engaging IT partners to address.
May provide HR Operations service delivery support based on volumes and business needs.
What You'll Bring to The Table
3 years HR Systems and/or HR Operations experience in a techno-functional or business analyst capacity.
HR service delivery experience (with exposure to HRIS preferred)
Workday experience with an understanding of WD Business Processes
Experience with requirements gathering, test plan development, and conducting UAT.
Deep understanding of Workday's HCM (Business process frameworks, Performance, and Talent modules) required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to reprioritize as the needs of the business pivot.
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people at all levels in the organization.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills to support working with a global team.
Strong problem solving and time management skills.
Some knowledge of global legal legislation and benefits schemes/terminology a plus.
