Additionally, this position will require strong cross-functional collaboration with Global Data & Analytics (D&A) teams to align on data strategies and architecture, enhancing enterprise-wide data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to deliver data projects on time.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
10+ years of experience in data analytics or related roles.
5+ years of experience with Alteryx Designer and AAC, including workflow optimization and automation.
Advanced proficiency in Tableau for dashboard development and visualization.
Strong experience with data integration techniques and tools.
Demonstrated leadership experience, managing a team or mentoring junior staff.
Experience with SQL and database management. (CTEs, date transformations, complex joins)
Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure).
Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.
Certification in Alteryx and Tableau.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
