    Position summary

    Responsibilities vary, and often include:

    • Support the Vice President Account Sales, AGDC as well as provide support for the Senior Directors of Accounts, AGDC.

    • Anticipate needs and proactively manage the executives' calendar and schedule.

    • Understand departmental priorities to effectively and proactively manage the executives' time, workflow, and travel itineraries, often on short notice, which involves extensive coordination and collaboration with other administrative assistants, directors, and executives.

    • Handle sensitive and confidential materials and matters, while adhering to compliance procedures and processes.

    • Tackle non-routine, complex projects, and assignments with minimal supervision.

    • Responsible for a wide range of administrative and general support duties including composing, editing, and proofing correspondence, reports and presentations.

    • Provide supplemental support to other AGDC and Altria leaders and from time to time.

    • Communicate information on behalf of the executives to department staff and leaders, as well as assist with event planning and execution.

    • Electronically prepare and submit expense statements for the executives and review expenses from other staff to ensure compliance with financial controls.

    • Electronically scan, organize, and manage documents with adherence to records management and confidentiality policies.

    • Establish and build collaborative, effective partnerships with colleagues, other Altria executives at all levels, executive assistants of our customers, and others across various departments and levels.

    • Partner with finance and procurement to process invoices and order supplies for the department.

    We want you to have:

    • An Associate's Degree (or equivalent experience), plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in a large corporate environment.

    • Strong organizational skills.

    • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work independently and make decisions in management absence.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Advanced computer skills, including a thorough understanding and application of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Power Point, Excel, and Word).

    • Ability to develop presentations and materials that are executive-ready.

    • Ability to interact with all levels within and outside of the company.

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and establish strong trust-based relationships.

    • Understanding, influencing and/or serving people are meaningful skills in completing responsibilities.

    The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $64,400.00 - $98,150.00 / annually.
