What you will be doing:
Build, implement, and continuously improve workforce planning tools, metrics, and strategies to optimize workforce capacity, aligning talent decisions with business needs and strategic objectives.
Measure and analyze workforce metrics to develop insights and recommendations on trends, risks, opportunities for improvement, and progress on existing workforce plans.
Work in partnership with HR Centers of Excellence, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure that current and future talent needs align with strategic enterprise goals. Provide consultation to continuously improve capacity planning processes and procedures.
Manage and improve the skills-informed planning framework, ensuring it adapts to evolving business and industry landscapes. Track and categorize current and future skill sets within the organization.
Grow and maintain relationships with internal partners, including senior leadership, functional managers, and HR colleagues, by delivering high-level customer service, support, and proactive involvement.
Develop, implement, and maintain workforce planning tools, processes, and training for HR Business Partners and business leaders. Facilitate workforce planning sessions to identify critical roles, capability gaps, and action planning.
Identify and implement opportunities to streamline the end-to-end workforce planning process, enhancing user experience and operational efficiency.
Develop communication and reference materials on workforce planning-related processes, metrics, and tools. Establish and monitor key metrics, adapting strategies based on analytical findings.

What we want you to have:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Statistics, Math, Economics, Engineering, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in workforce planning, HR analytics, business analytics, or a related field. Hands-on experience with workforce management systems and tools is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing workforce planning strategies that align with strategic objectives.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to construct and manage complex models, delivering insightful analytics for strategic planning. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and present information concisely to various audiences at all organizational levels.
Experience with HR technology platforms and integrating external talent intelligence into workforce planning practices.
Ability to lead projects and initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing hands-on details with big-picture thinking.
Flexibility and innovation, with a strong capability to drive continuous improvement in workforce planning practices.

Total Rewards
The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $112,800.00 - $163,500.00 / annually.
