We want you to have: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering 5+ years’ experience in a product development engineering role Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing plant Curiosity and geekiness over complex and multi-disciplined projects. Proven performance meeting deliverables with robust work product in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communications skills both written and oral, including ability to navigate potentially challenging situations both internal and external to the business. Experience working with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements. Sound knowledge of statistics and their application to product and process design and control. Strong critical thinking skills. Very organized with some experience managing multiple processes and priorities effectively. Strong computer skills, https://i.e., Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Visio, Statistical Software such as Minitab or Statistics, etc. Fluent in CAD software, preferably SolidWorks. Preferred: Experience in automation design and development. Understanding of fluid flow, heat transfer, vaporization, and/or DC power control. Experience in a regulated industry (Example: Medical device quality systems or CTP requirements experience is desirable). Experience designing and qualifying plastic molded parts and metal casting parts preferred. Experienced using DFMEA, DFM, DFT methods.
