Job Description
Provide exceptional service to the business by greeting/assisting all visitors, answering and transferring incoming calls, and help create/maintain a warm welcoming office environment. Help conduct the smooth operation of a fast-paced and friendly financial planning office. Assist in daily business operations and provide administrative support to the financial planning practice.
Work Schedule: Monday -- Friday (8:30 am – 5 pm)

Responsibilities
Greet clients upon arrival and extend hospitality
Answer/route incoming calls
Thorough tracking of all incoming faxes and mail
Coordinate office equipment maintenance and technology
Set and maintain office atmosphere (cleanliness, magazines, coffee, tea, garbage, office décor)
Track and maintain inventory of office supplies
Prepare correspondence for advisor review
Assist the planning assistants, associate financial advisor and advisors with meeting preparation
Organize electronic client files
Responsibilities can change over time to meet the needs of the practice and can include other duties as assigned by the advisor
Required Qualifications
Ability to portray a professional and friendly image is extremely important
Be professional, energetic, and dependable
Possess strong attention to detail
Proficient user of Microsoft Office; focused on Word, Excel & Outlook
Must pass fingerprint and criminal background check
No financial licensing required
