Job Description
Huddleston & Associates in Greenville, SC is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who has great people skills and attention to detail, to serve as the front office face-of-the-practice. Direct experience in the Financial Services industry is not required. Someone who has current or prior experience in the food service, hospitality or similar client/customer service industry may be a good fit. The position may be either full-time or part-time, depending on the availability of a well-suited candidate.

1+ years of service-oriented experience
Experience with MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of Contact Relationship Management (CRM) applications a plus
Familiarity with business/social networking sites including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter
