    Job Description

    Huddleston & Associates in Greenville, SC is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who has great people skills and attention to detail, to serve as the front office face-of-the-practice. Direct experience in the Financial Services industry is not required. Someone who has current or prior experience in the food service, hospitality or similar client/customer service industry may be a good fit. The position may be either full-time or part-time, depending on the availability of a well-suited candidate.

    Responsibilities

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Client Care:
      • Manage client meeting and appointment scheduling
      • Greet clients upon arrival and extend hospitality
      • Review and update client information in Ameriprise CRM as needed
      • Facilitate both incoming and outgoing client communications via telephone, e-mail, regular mail as allowed
    • Administrative**:**
      • Help prepare for client meetings as needed
      • Process meeting notes and enter corresponding action items into contact management system
      • Prepare and send client meeting summary letters
      • Maintain files and records in accordance with the records retention policy
    • Marketing:
      • Participate in bi-weekly Marketing meetings
      • Organize client appreciation events, seminars, and webinars
      • Perform client milestone acknowledgement activities including cards and gifts
      • Post content on Advisor website(s), Team website, or social media through Ameriprise approved systems
    • Perform other allowable duties as assigned by the financial advisor(s)
    • Attend and participate in client meetings if necessary

    • Positive attitude and sincere willingness to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment

    Required Qualifications

    • High School or College degree, or comparable experience

    • 1+ years of service-oriented experience

    • Experience with MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    • Knowledge of Contact Relationship Management (CRM) applications a plus

    • Familiarity with business/social networking sites including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter
