Job Description
Allied Wealth Advisors is a rapidly growing Christian Private Wealth Advisory franchise practice of Ameriprise Financial, LLC, in Lakeland, Florida. We work collectively to serve clients goals and help them meet their financial future with confidence. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant/Financial Planning Assistant to join our team.

COMPENSATION
Salary: $55K-$75K
Bonus: performance based
Responsibilities
Manage, gather, analyze, and enter/refresh data for client meetings
Update Financial Planning Tools and generate meeting presentations
Review client meeting notes for follow-up actions
Create deliverables after client meetings
Respond to client requests and inquiries
Responsible for coordinating client meeting process
Assist colleagues as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree
2+ years of experience in the financial services industry
Proficient in:
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) CRM/Salesforce
Ability to analyze, prioritize, organize and problem-solve
Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
Self-motivated, proactive and detail oriented
Ability to work independently
