Job Description
Pariso & Associates, a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services is seeking an Associate Financial Advisor to join our team. This position offers sizeable growth opportunities and compensation for the right candidate.
The associate financial advisor will assist financial advisors in working with clients to help them achieve their financial goals. The employing franchise owners will lead you as you hone your skills. This position will consistently follow high standards of business and professional ethics and legal and regulatory requirements when dealing with others and/or performing work activities.

$50,000 - $125,000 with additional upside potential

Key traits of a successful associate financial advisor
Independent and confident self-starter who can work well with minimum supervision
Able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks/projects with competing deadlines and priorities
Excellent professional development skills such as teamwork and collaboration, work planning, time management and prioritization
Direct attention to detail and organization
Effective communication with clients and other advisors/staff
Ability to adhere to rules and regulations as stated and required by advisor, Ameriprise Financial
Positive attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn and grow.
Required Qualifications
College degree or higher
2+ years of similar experience or a college degree in financial planning
Already have or be able to study for and pass exams for federal and state licenses and registrations for securities, including Series 7, Series 66, and State life, accident, and health insurance licenses
