Job Description
The duties and responsibilities of a Client Experience Coordinator center on planning and managing events of varying sizes and purposes. Coordinators have to understand what it takes to make sure the logistics work out, remain compliant, keep everything within the allocated budget and ensure that the event itself is carried out smoothly. The coordinator will handle all aspects of the client gifting as well.

$45k plus opportunity for bonus
Responsibilities
All aspects of event planning (brainstorming event plan/details, Identify requirements/expectations for each event, establish and maintain relationships all vendors, book vendors/speakers, establishing timeline, establishing responsibilities, planning décor, negotiating contracts, RSVPs, compliance regulations, remain within allocated budget/making payments on time, manage day-of operations in person, handle RSVPs, assess the success of the event, manage gifting platform, send monthly and EOY gifts for all offices).
