Job Description
The Azimont Group, a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial, LLC, is a premier financial planning and wealth management practice. At Azimont Group, we put our clients at the center of everything we do. As a Client Service Coordinator at the Azimont Group, you will be a part of a fast-paced environment on a small, highly reciprocal team of 15-20 professionals. You will play an integral role in the success of the Azimont Group by delivering extraordinary and consistent service experiences, providing administrative assistance, and managing client communication.
The Client Service Coordinator provides a wide variety of support services to the team. A CSC follows established procedures to perform standard tasks, resolve questions and problems, and has routine contact with clients and vendors to deliver an exceptional client experience that defines and differentiates the practice. This position will consistently follow high standards of business and professional ethics and legal and regulatory requirements when dealing with others and/or performing work activities.
Responsibilities and Time Allocation – Will change over time to meet the needs of the practice and can include other duties as assigned by the advisor.

Required Qualifications
Education and Other Designations:
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of similar experience
