Job Description
Step into an instrumental team role helping to conduct the smooth operation of an agile, friendly, and professional financial planning office, working as a full-time team member of an independent advisor franchisee of Ameriprise Financial in a strong team atmosphere.
Assist wealth advisors in managing and organizing office workflow with an emphasis on creating and delivering a high quality, unique client experience. This position will consistently follow high standards of business and professional ethics and legal and regulatory requirements when performing work activities and working with clients.
This role provides client relationship support through direct interaction with clients to ensure accurate processing of business and as a liaison to answer client questions. The role will also perform other practice management tasks relating to client service as needed.

Responsibilities
Position Functions:
Client Care
Answer questions and provide readily available information to clients, if requested, and as allowable, as it relates to servicing accounts
Onboarding specialist for new clients
Work with internal corporate partners to ensure accurate account setup and resolve client issues
Maintain ongoing client contact to provide exceptional client service
Manage and resolve client service problems
Prepare charts, graphs, tables, and other visual aids to be used in implementation meetings with clients
Conduct transactions on behalf of clients as directed by the wealth advisor
Review and update client information as needed for client review meetings
Process follow up tasks for clients after the client review meeting has been completed
Perform other allowable duties as assigned by the team
Required Qualifications
Key Traits of a Successful Client Service Manager:
Education and Other Designations - Preferred:
College degree or significant similar work experience
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Financial services experience
