Step into an instrumental role. Help conduct the smooth operation of a fast-paced—and friendly— financial planning office. Work as an employee of ClearCourse Wealth Advisors, a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services® LLC.
The perfect candidate for this position will have previous work experience in the financial industry and /or a basic knowledge of investment, insurance, and annuity products. The Client Service Specialist supports the many different tasks for which the advisor is responsible, allowing the advisor to focus more time and energy on client acquisition and deepening client relationships. The Client Service Specialist allows the advisor the assurance that the practice is being maintained and supported within Ameriprise Financial guidelines.
This role provides administrative support by scheduling meetings, preparing client communications and tracking new business correspondence. This role is responsible for responding to ad hoc requests, coordinating/tracking projects and/or managing business-as-usual projects such as scanning, copying, and/or organizing the logistics of a client event. Responsibilities and time allocation will change over time to meet the needs of the practice and can include other duties as assigned by the team.
Position Information:
Payrate: $35,000 - $55,000 commensurate with experience
Benefits: Paid sick, vacation, holidays after 90 days and 401k eligibility after one-year of service
Responsibilities
Position Functions:
Administrative assistance 70%
Client care 30%
Greet clients upon arrival and extend hospitality to clients.
Set up and maintain client management system.
Write email or letters to clients and administer client appreciation.
Answering and documenting client contacts/calls
Track client special events and make appropriate contact per established client contact model.
Required Qualifications

Education and Other Designations:
College degree or equivalent work experience. Preference given to those candidates who hold Ohio Insurance License and/or FINRA Series 6 or Series 7.
