    Value, Access, & Policy Summer Intern

    As a Value, Access, and Policy Summer Intern, you will aim to provide hands-on exposure to Amgen Taiwan's market access and health policy initiatives within a real-world business setting. Through active project involvement related to National Health Insurance (NHI) policy environment and market access strategy, the internship will provide a practical understanding of how health policy and reimbursement dynamics influence patient access and business decision-making.

    • Support the development and execution of market access and health policy strategies.

    • Analyze the current National Health Insurance (NHI) policy landscape and assess potential future policy directions and implications for market access.

    • Assist in timely monitoring and evaluating changes in the healthcare reimbursement and payer environment, including NHI market dynamics and policy updates.

    • Conduct policy research, environmental scanning, and data analysis to support access- and policy-related projects.

    • Assist in analyzing international market access environments, including reimbursement frameworks and global policy trends, to inform local strategy.

    • Deliver a final presentation to access partners and the leadership team at the conclusion of the internship, summarizing project outcomes, policy insights, and key learnings.

    Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated strong interest in NHI environment and the pharmaceutical industry.

    • Undergraduate students who have completed at least three years of university study, or current graduate students.

    • Educational background in pharmacy, public health, health policy, health economics, or healthcare administration is preferred.

    • Available to work full-time (five days per week) throughout the summer internship period.

    • Strong analytical capabilities, proactive and fast learning mindset, and solid digital literacy.

    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and coordinate effectively in a team-based environment.
