trategic recommendations to support both the successful launch of a new drug indication and Amgen's launched Neuroimmunology product, UPLIZNA. The ideal candidate will use their background in business analytics to effectively communicate complex data-driven insights to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Build analytics solutions that answer the most critical questions to help inform the strategy of the Neuroimmunology BU and drive operational focus and efficiency
Develop and implement the business analytics strategy and roadmap, aligned with the goals and objectives of the new drug indication launch
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, medical affairs, and market access, to understand their analytical needs and provide actionable insights
Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, patient demographics, and other relevant data to identify market opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
Use advanced statistical methods and data modeling techniques to analyze complex data sets and generate meaningful insights.
Collaborate with data vendors and external partners to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other data visualization tools to effectively communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders
Monitor key performance indicators (critical metrics) and track the progress of the new drug indication launch, providing regular updates and performance reports to senior leadership
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in pharmaceutical business analytics to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies related to data privacy and security.
Flexible Commuter position to Deerfield, Illinois office. You will work on-site 2-3 days a week.

Doctorate degree and 2 years of analytics experience
