role supports the Repatha team under the new Combo model in North and South China by delivering high-quality operational support across internal processes, data management, and activity execution. Through efficient coordination and execution, the position ensures the successful implementation of Combo projects in both regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Execution & Process Management
Assist the Combo team in implementing annual priority projects, including cross-product business activities, internal meetings, and process optimization initiatives.
Manage submissions, follow-ups, and archiving internal systems (e.g., compliance sponsorship, system reporting, expense applications) to ensure adherence to company compliance requirements.
Coordinate project timelines, consolidate resources, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, process guidelines, and work instructions (in both English and Chinese).
Budget & Data Support
Support Business Directors in tracking budgets for cross-business activities, performing monthly reconciliations and data updates.
Manage billing and payment processes related to business operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Collect and organize sales and marketing data, prepare regular analysis reports to support business decision-making.
Monitor and analyze team KPI progress, assisting in continuous performance improvement.
Event & Operational Execution
Provide support for Combo collaboration projects and company-level events (e.g., annual conferences, regional meetings, academic activities).
Coordinate document management and updates on internal shared platforms (e.g., SharePoint/Box) to ensure information consistency.
Manage internal communications, document archiving, and logistical support for the Combo team.
Support operational tasks for remote teams, ensuring smooth daily communication and efficient activity execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in project management, or business support in a multinational company.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical market operations or commercial processes; experience in cross-functional coordination preferred.
Strong project management mindset, able to independently manage multiple tasks and ensure quality delivery.
Solid data analysis skills; proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) and related tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to report work clearly and professionally.
Good English reading and writing ability, capable of preparing English reports and process documents.
Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
