ugh providing feedback on contract proposals and performing the steps necessary to implement and execute certain contracts and pricing or supporting the execution of certain contracts and pricing performed within countries in the assigned region.
Manages and reviews all contracts that trigger price governance
Identify complex problems and solutions within the department and develop solutions from a strategic and operational perspective and present recommendations to leadership and team.
Ensure that the pricing and contracting process, documentation and execution are performed in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
Collaborate closely with several cross-functional groups including Information Systems, Country and Regional Value and Access, Supply, Country General Management, and Finance.
Develop spreadsheets models for moderately complex financial analyses.
Represent team in a complex matrix organization with cross-functional groups.
Translate high volumes of data into meaningful information to support key business decisions.
Participate and lead planned and ad-hoc special projects within MEA VA&P; collaborate with IS to help develop requirements to ensure operational compliance and process efficiencies, identify and recommend process improvements, and lead change implementation efforts.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or any relevant filed
1-2 years of experience in Finance, Pricing, Contracts or Contract Management
Current or previous experience within a Pharmaceutical/biotech environment or other relevant MNC
Technical proficiency in Data Analysis
Advanced use of Excel
Basic knowledge or exposure to databases and Online Analytical Processing applications like Cognos, Vistex, Business Objects, Oracle or SAP
Strong ability to develop prioritization and completion timeframes for multiple assignments
Strong project management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in team-based environment
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in English
