xpertise in managing the development and support of enterprise-wide Identity & Access Management (IAM) tools that address Authentication, Provisioning/De-provisioning, Role Management, Session Management, Privileged Account Management, Access Governance, Single Sign-On, PKI and Certificate Management, and User Experience.
Additionally, extensive collaboration with global teams is required to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a good background with current and in-depth knowledge of advanced security concepts associated with authentication attacks, techniques and threat models, coupled with leadership and transformation experience. This role demands the ability to drive and deliver against key organizational critical initiatives, foster a collaborative environment, and deliver high-quality results in a matrixed organizational structure.
As the CDT site lead, work closely and collaborate with geographically dispersed teams, including those in the US and other international locations, to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence across regions and functions.
Provide strategic direction on the Digital Identity & Access Services (DIAS) products, platforms, services and projects in alignment with organizational goals.
Assist with development and curate the global strategy for Identity and Access Management while ensuring its durability, scalability, resilience, and user experience sensitivity
Responsible for the development and ongoing governance of IAM roadmaps, organizational change plans, and end user communications
Manages identity access controls rules, roles, and policies, globally while ensuring consistency regardless of technologies in use
Liaison with other IS areas and development teams regarding IAM standard methodologies for both on-premise and cloud-based solutions for employees, contractors, partners and customers
Meet all security, privacy, compliance and audit obligations
Work closely with DIAS Sr. Managers, Principal Architects and Engineers to propose solutions and provide strategic technical direction across the team
Management of key directory and identity (LDAP- Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) and architectural personnel
Overall accountability for technical support
Lead and develop team members
Present to various levels within and outside of the organization (suppliers, management, sponsors, governance committees, functions etc.)
Manage budget responsibilities, maintain vendor relationships, coordinate resource planning, and set goals for the team.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Partner and ensure alignment of the Amgen India DTI site leadership and follow global standards and practices.

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree and 6 years of DIAS capability areas (Authentication, Provisioning/De-provisioning, Role Management, Session Management, Privileged Account Management, Access Governance, Single Sign-On)
Master's degree and 18+ years of DIAS capability areas (Authentication, Provisioning/De-provisioning, Role Management, Session Management, Privileged Account Management, Access Governance, Single Sign-On) OR
Bachelor's degree and 18+ years of DIAS capability areas (Authentication, Provisioning/De-provisioning, Role Management, Session Management, Privileged Account Management, Access Governance, Single Sign-On) experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Must-Have Skills
Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead large matrixed teams.
Experience in driving transformation initiatives using Scaled Agile methodology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Work experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
Familiarity with GxP standards, Information Security standards and policies like ISO 27001/27002, NIST and others
Demonstrated ability to lead and work in a global, matrixed organizational structure
