    Position summary

    collaboration with Regional Medical Heads and cross-functional asset teams to align evidence strategies with business needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead AUEG Governance preparation for asset prioritization processes.

    • Develop integrated evidence questions from regional/local evidence gaps and provide training on AUEGP generation.

    • Facilitate discussions, negotiate decisions, and influence without authority across asset teams.

    • Oversee AUEGP creation, management, and updates in collaboration with GMAL and Medical, Clinical, HEOR, GV&A, and Marketing Leads.

    • Monitor AUEGP execution, ensuring alignment with budget and strategic objectives.

    • Provide performance metrics and process improvement recommendations to the central AUEG team.

    • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to optimize evidence generation.

    Qualifications:

    • Degree Educated.

    • Expirience in clinical research, evidence generation, and cross-functional collaboration.

    • Understanding of Public Health, Health Equity, and Clinical Research.

    • Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.

    • Strong project management and change management skills.

    • Strategic agility and ability to translate brand strategy into evidence generation.

    • Demonstrated ability to influence and lead teams without direct authority.
