• Initiate and support input of proper information in company systems
• Explores and identifies possible correlations improving efficiency on shared tasks, ie: Congress, Reps Service Info.
• Quality checks of the information
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and agencies.
• Assist in managing budgets for marketing initiatives and tracking expenses
• Metrics and reporting - proactively managing and producing metrics as an aid to regular reporting e.g. by campaign, by quarter, by channel, invoice reporting etc.
• Collaborate with medical, regulatory, and compliance teams to ensure all marketing activities meet company standards, legal and ethical guidelines.
• Support when business opportunities are identified and helps with business cases development
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
University degree
Fluency in local language and English
Advanced MS Office tools knowledge
Previous relevant experience - preferable in marketing support
Experience in working with Finance documentation
Preferred Requirements
Marketing University degree
Good knowledge of specific terminology in Pharmaceutical Business
Experience in coordinating teams without hierarchy reporting
Previous experience in a similar role/company
