    What you will do

    The Receptionist & Admin Coordinator (AC) will provide administrative support to Amgen Taipei office. Including but not limited to reception and guest services, mail services, phone, meeting rooms and office facility management.

    Main Responsibilities:

    1. Answer phone calls and take massage for staff members

    2. Receive customer and provide beverage services to clients and visitors

    3. Assist Function Head administrative matters –Corp. Affairs/Legal/GSS

    4. Purchase office supplies including stationary, office supplies

    5. Manage and monitor office telephone system

    6. Issue PO and payment for general office expenditure on monthly basis

    7. Sign for and distribute International/domestic courier

    8. Update staff telephone directory and assist new joiner on board

    9. Administrative support and tasks assigned by line manager

    10. EHS related tasks e.g.: improve the office environment, cooperate with office building things etc.

    11. Secretary support by request

    12. Support Corp. affairs dept. for company-wide activities logistic arrangement.

    13. Comply with all relevant company policies, procedures and work practices.

    14. To supervise the cleaning company to maintain the tidiness of office, carpet cleaning, debug, 15. disinfection etc.

    15. Copy room equipment and supplies management (copy paper, copy machine toner, etc. )

    16. Printing handling, business card, company letters/envelope, etc.

    Qualifications

    Core Competency Required for the Job

    1. Flexibility and customer-focused in supporting people and the organization

    2. Good negotiation and communication skills when dealing with vendor suppliers

    3. Able to interact successfully with all staff members

    4. Numerate with strong attention to detail

    Qualification, Education, and Experience

    1. College graduate

    2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in administrative role

    3. Basic knowledge of English communication skill
