Senior Associate Marketing

Responsibilities*

• Build strategic partnership and reshape environment of health care ecosystem and Amgen , as being a central point of contact to integrate stakeholders' insights with cross-functional teams to shape disease area strategies

• Develop a high-quality standards for customer engagement strategies, leading initiatives and new approaches to ensure the optimum usage of appropriate tools and resources that deliver outcomes faster

• Sales force training and readiness towards brand story & aspiration

• Develops and implements Country Brand Plan and assigned projects in full congruence with International Brand Plan

• Designs and executes promotional activities (detail aids, message scripts, advertising, congresses, etc.) in line with international branding and key messages

• Contribute in developing LRP with Business Planner

• Contribute in developing sales targets

• Analyses market research and develops POA

• Coordinates competitive intelligence and drives competitive action plans

• Partners with the Medical Affairs Manager to optimize the brand performance (goals of clinical trials, KOL development, etc.)

• Agrees with other PM in Franchise Team on joint projects

• Identifies business opportunities and develops business cases

• Recruits and manages external vendors

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, business or any other relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferably in one of MNC
• Fluency in English both oral and written communications
• Financial and budgeting skills
• Oncology experience is preferred
• Digital Marketing experience is preferred
• Documented success in gaining or maintaining market leadership position
