    Position summary

    iding disease information and education to medical professionals and all external customers involved in the care of patients. n• tConsistently achieve assigned sales objectives through the promotion of patient-centered disease and product education to HCPs to improve patient care while adhering to corporate compliance guidelinesn• tImplement goals of the marketing plan through execution of strategic account business plan.n• tDemonstrated experience working in a matrix environment, which will encompass Case Managers, Medical Affairs, Patient access team, and other parties as deemed necessary.n• tEffectively utilize all available resources and programs including peer to peer education and cross functional partners within the company to address identified knowledge gapsn• tProven ability to navigate and identify opportunities through the healthcare landscape including academic institutions, IDNs, accountable care organizations, private practices, and community hospital systemsn• tEstablish productive business relationships with key local, regional, and national KOLs within the geographical coverage area and assigned therapeutic areas.n• tDevelops and maintains a high-level, in-depth disease and therapeutic clinical and scientific knowledge.n• tUtilize a consultative selling approach involving a highly technical, solution oriented selling technique enabling the specialist to meet the needs of healthcare professionals who treat Immunoglobulin-Related Disease (IgG4-RD) patients.n• tExecute all of the above with a strong understanding and adherence to compliance and corporate policies including appropriate documentation and reporting.nWinnWhat we expect of younWe are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. The professional we seek is a person with these qualifications. nBasic Qualifications:nDoctorate degree & 2 years of collective account management experience, sales, & commercial experiencenOrnMaster's degree & 6 years of collective account management experience, sales, & commercial experiencenOrnBachelor's degree & 8 years of collective account management experience, sales, & commercial experiencenOrnAssociate degree & 10 years of collective account management experience, sales, & commercial experiencenPreferred Qualifications:n• tBachelor's degree strongly preferred; Graduate business or healthcare related degree preferred.n• t7+ experience in biotech, specialty pharmaceutical, or rare disease sales.n• t3+ years of experience in one or more of the following:n• t----Rare disease/orphan drug experience; ultra-orphan preferred; Rare disease launch experience strongly preferredn• t---Immunology / Rheumatology experience preferredn• tAt least 3 years of in office injection/infusion sales selling a product that is a medical benefit requiring extensive coordination with patient access services.n• tPrevious experience operating in a matrix selling environment collaborating with patient services, market access, medical affairs, and reimbursement with significant focus on patient centricity.n• tMarket development / deep profiling in rare, unmet spaces experience preferred.n• tDemonstrated success educating HCPs about complex diseases diagnosed through clinical observation involving diverse patient profiles that do not always lend themselves to simple segmentation diagnosis.n• tDocumented track record of delivering consistent, exceptional levels of performance.n• tProven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, highly challenging work environment.n• tExcellent written and verbal communication skills.n• tStrong organizational, analytical and computer skills requiredn• tProficient in Microsoft Office.n• tProfessional, proactive demeanor.n• tStrong interpersonal skills.n• tRequires approximately 20-30% travel, including some overnight and weekend commitments.nThrivenWhat you can expect of usnAs we work to develop treatments that take care of others, we also work to care for our teammates' professional and personal growth and well-being. nThe expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is $151,133.00 to $180,131.00.
