Seamless collaboration with sales force and regional product manager (RPM) teams to ensure consistent understanding and execution of brand strategy and marketing programs, as well as to collect and understand feedback from field force and transfer to future improvement opportunities of marketing strategy and programs
Coordinate with Medical, Commercial Excellence, Strategic Planning, Finance and other cross-functional partners.
Comply with all relevant company compliance, policies, procedures and work practices.
Support other activities as required by the line manager.
Requirements:
bachelor's degree or above (essential)
working experiences (total>=8yrs, team leader >=2yrs. >=3yrs Central Marketing experiences of MNC pharmaceutical companies and primary care area (essential), preferably in CV area
Fluent English in verbal and written (essential)
Proven track record of great leadership, interpersonal skills, and project management skills
