    SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

    What you will do

    Let's do this. Let's change the world. In this vital role you will lead compliant, reliable supply chain operations that ensure critical materials are available to safely manufacture medicines for patients.

    Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Serve as the Dispensing Area Subject Matter Expert (SME), owning and maintaining procedures, forms, and operational standards in alignment with cGMP and site requirements.
    • Lead dispensing-related gap assessments, CAPA evaluations, and deviation impact analyses, ensuring effective remediation and sustained compliance across the network.
    • Assess and approve dispensing impacts for Change Controls, including new products, drug substances, raw materials, and components, applying risk-based decision making.
    • Oversee procurement and inventory of dispensing-area equipment and materials, including material handling tools and secondary containers, to ensure uninterrupted operations.
    • Conduct complaint assessments affecting the dispensing area, coordinating cross-functionally to determine root cause and implement corrective actions.
    • Ensure availability, performance, and compliance of dispensing systems (e.g., SAP, MES, printers, RF scanners), coordinating issue resolution with IT and support teams.
    • Support development, training, and readiness of dispensing personnel, including implementation and sustainment of new systems and process changes.
    • Represent the dispensing function during audits, investigations, and inspections, including participation in contamination control forums and regulatory engagements.
    • Partner with EHS to evaluate dispensing areas and determine PPE requirements for the introduction of new raw materials and process changes.
    • Manage the site's garments program, including annual purchase orders, budget oversight, invoice approvals, vendor performance, and participation in network forums.
    • Coordinate logistics and return of Enbrel empty tanks, managing inventory disposition and transportation in collaboration with Procurement, Logistics, and external partners.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across dispensing and supply chain operations, leveraging data, metrics, and Lean principles to improve reliability, efficiency, and compliance.

    Basic Qualifications:

    Doctorate degree

    Or

    Master's degree and 2 years of Manufacturing Operations Support experience

    Or

    Bachelor's degree and 4 years of Manufacturing Operations Support experience

    Or

    Associate's degree and 8 years of Manufacturing Operations Support experience

    Or

    High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Manufacturing Operations Support experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience working in manufacturing environments with controlled or classified areas (e.g., cGMP, cleanroom operations).
    • Background in materials management within controlled environments, including weighing, sampling, dispensing, and testing.
    • Experience performing and documenting investigations, including deviations, root cause analysis, and CAPAs.
    • Demonstrated ability to present data, processes, and risk assessments to auditors and regulatory inspectors.
    • Working knowledge of contamination control and controlled material handling practices.
    • Familiarity with quality system documentation, including SOPs, investigation reports, and supporting records.
    • Ability to analyze manufacturing or supply chain data and communicate findings clearly.
    • Experience collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, EHS, and Supply Chain teams in a regulated environment.
