    TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

    What you will do

    As the Manager, Training & Development at the AMGEN Capability Center Portugal, you will play a pivotal role in driving learning and development initiatives across the ELMAC Region (Europe, Latin America, Middle East, Africa and Canada). You will collaborate closely with both Global and Affiliate Learning Professional to design, implement and support effective learning programs that align with Regional and Global strategies.

    Responsibilities of the role will include:

    • Regional training initiatives:

      • Plan and Coordinate: Coordinate, implement and sustain global training projects tailored to the need's of the affiliates, ensuring alignment with regional priorities and goals.

      • Product Knowledge Sustainment: Create, plan and deploy Product Knowledge sustainment strategies, prioritizing key brands to ensure comprehensive and ongoing product expertise.

    • Measurement:

      • Design, standardize, deploy a robust measurement strategy for assigned projects in collaboration with the ELMAC LP Directors for learning initiative in the region

    Minimum requirements:

    • University Degree in relevant fields

    • 3+ years of training experience within pharmaceutical, biotech healthcare, or medical device industries

    • Experience working with internal clients to define program objectives by partnering cross-functionally, managing projects and teams within timelines

    • Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese, both in written and oral communication

    • Strong PowerPoint and other MS Office products knowledge

    Preferred Requirements:

    • 5+ years working within pharmaceutical, biotech healthcare or medical device industries

    • Experience working within global organization

    • Experience with Learning technologies

    • Fluency in multiple European languages
