    What you will do

    • Maximize product access in the managed area Styria, Carinthia, Salzburg, Tyrol, and Vorarlberg

    • Develop and maintain strong partnership with key stakeholders on regional level

    • Establish and maintain strategic and trusting relationships with local payers, hospital pharmacists, and regional policy makers

    • Identify and segment key regional stakeholders and define individual needs

    • Continuously analyze and monitor current and future regional as well as local pricing and market access landscape to derive strategic insights for market access activities

    • Provide ongoing support to internal stakeholders on market access and reimbursement issues

    • Gather market insights and share relevant market information with cross-functional teams

    • Proactively monitor and communicate key trends as well as networks critical to market access in coordination with Value, Access & Policy Director to relevant internal stakeholders as a basis for discussion and possible action planning

    What we expect of you

    Qualifications

    • University degree ideally in a Life Sciences/Health discipline

    • 5 years of pharma industry experience e.g. as Sales Representative, Medical Science Liaison or Key Account Manager

    • Good working knowledge of English, both in oral and written communication

    • Understanding of payer and reimbursement environment

    • Already established relationships with local decision makers and influencers will be desirable
