    Position summary

    are adept at translating complex technical concepts into actionable solutions for diverse clients. You understand the importance of leveraging simulation tools to accelerate engineering goals and are comfortable working with scripting languages to automate workflows and develop compelling use cases.

    You excel in customer-facing scenarios, whether supporting proof-of-concept requests, leading workshops, or collaborating on technical papers. Your communication skills enable you to interact effectively with colleagues and customers both within Korea and globally. You are comfortable with English in a professional setting and eager to continually expand your technical expertise, including familiarity with tools such as Zemax, Ansys Lumerical, Speos, Code V, Rsoft, or Light-tools. You are detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoy working in dynamic, cross-functional teams.     What You'll Be Doing:

    • Leveraging domain expertise to support customers in achieving their engineering goals through simulations for optics/photonics applications-including semiconductor (CPO), high-tech (AR/VR, cameras, displays), aerospace/defense, and automotive industries.

    • Assisting with proof-of-concept requests and providing technical support for both new and existing customers.

    • Creating scripts and automating workflows, as well as developing and updating use cases, application examples, and technical documentation.

    • Leading training sessions, technical workshops, and seminars, including designing course content tailored to customer needs.

    • Collaborating on journal and conference papers to promote new simulation approaches and share industry insights.

    • Developing and localizing webinars, marketing blogs, release notes, and product brochures to enhance customer engagement and product understanding.

    What You'll Need:

    • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics with a focus in Optics or Photonics.

    • 1-3 years of relevant industrial experience in high-tech, automotive, or aerospace/defense industries.

    • Hands-on experience with Zemax and a solid optics knowledge base.

    • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Matlab, or C++ for workflow automation.

    • Working-level English proficiency for technical communication and documentation.
