role includes managing operational tasks, implementation, post-program reporting, and supporting new Field Marketing team members during their onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Regional Sales Vice Presidents and the Industry team to identify, recommend, and execute integrated campaign planning and lead generation activities for FS&I customer and prospect accounts.
Develop and execute account-based marketing activities that align with account-specific territory plans and generate high-quality leads for the regions.
Conduct research and feasibility studies to identify new Field opportunities for Appian within the Financial Services and Insurance sectors.
Regularly monitor and review campaign performance metrics, including lead generation and ROI by campaign, channel, and source, with key stakeholders.
Determine fiscal requirements and prepare budgets to support Field programs effectively.
Foster alignment between Sales and Marketing through regular updates, reporting, and review meetings.
Communicate marketing strategies, value propositions, positioning, and messaging to regional Sales Executives, ensuring they are equipped with the latest content for effective use in sales cycles.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define goals, objectives, and implementation plans that promote Appian's platform and brand.
Develop promotion strategies, source venues and vendors, acquire supporting technology, and coordinate the creation of supporting materials to execute quality programs that drive sales pipeline growth.
Ensure timely and on-budget execution of field programs and deliverables.
Basic Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in a B2B Field Marketing role within a SaaS enterprise software environment.
Experience in Financial Services and Insurance industries is strongly preferred.
Proven track record of working collaboratively with Sales teams.
Ability to think critically and creatively while multitasking and adhering to strict deadlines.
Demonstrated experience in crafting results-driven account-based marketing programs that drive pipeline growth.
Strong presentation, project management, and ROI reporting skills.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and flexible in approach.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using CRM and Marketing Automation tools.
