    Position summary

    r the new camera module technologies with cutting edge design under research and development. Will you help us design the next generation of revolutionary Apple products?

    Description
    • Define camera active alignment equipment specification and collaborate with vendor to develop equipment for new process. • Define AA process flow and qualification procedures and metrologies. • Collaborate with optics engineer to run simulation and define the active alignment method to achieve the best optical performance. • Work on process equipment to conduct proof of concept evaluation and DOEs. • Perform process characterisation - Establish design guidelines for manufacturability. • Generate engineering report based on studies and evaluation - Reporting of engineering studies to cross-functional team.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Degree of Science in Engineering or equivalent.

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in doing process R&D.

    • Hands-on experience in camera active alignment process development.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Good understanding of optics alignment process in 6 degrees of freedom, multi optical components alignment experience is a plus.
    • Knowledge and hands on experience on active alignment process, optics bonding equipment, image and optical test is a plus.
    • Good knowledge on design of experiment, engineering statistic, root cause analysis and problem solving.
    • Knowledge on adhesive, epoxy or other bonding material and its interaction with the process is a plus.
    • Familiarity on different metrology tools and quantitative measurement methodology.
    • Clear and effective written and communication skill.
    • Resourceful and innovative.
