Description
Drive the annual, quarterly, and ongoing strategic planning exercises. Includes the coordination, planning, execution, and accountability to follow-up on these sessions. Drive accountability and execution of the operational rhythms of the org and improve the operational efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity. Draft team-wide communications and presentations: meeting materials, invitations, surveys, org announcements, or anything else that needs to be written.
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of experience working in a tech company with engineering teams.
4+ years of experience working in either investment banking, management consulting, or another deadline-driven finance operations function with impact on the P&L.
Experience managing relationships and working cross-functionally within global organizations.
Ability to understand and articulate the big picture to executive teams, while maintaining exceptional attention to execution details.
Excellent problem-solving and communication (verbal and writing) skills, with the ability to effectively facilitate complex meetings with executives and partners across multiple functions in an organization.
Excellent program management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands on experience with accrual accounting
Master's degree or MBA in a technical, quantitative, or business field
Software Engineering Experience
Experience with or strong passion for the field of artificial intelligence

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $140,700 and $280,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
