You will also need to have extensive experience to drive consensus via data driven approach among cross functional teams. Description

• Create and manage project schedules with clear dependencies, critical path and systematic methodology to communicate status. Manage risks and mitigations, and re-plan as events warrant. - Drive alignment across the organization and between teams to launch and maintain premier Apple software products. - Work with data science, data engineering and research teams to develop data collection and evaluation solutions - Work with annotation operation teams to optimize and manage human data collection and evaluations efforts. - Work with engineering, privacy, and legal teams to develop safe data collection.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in driving large scale program building machine learning powered products

• Excellent program management skills including program structuring and managing multiple work streams interdependently

• Have personally orchestrated the delivery of multiple significant client/server software products requiring large organizations (100+)

• Strong analytical skills and a curiosity to peel the onion to discover opportunities for impact and better user experience

• Capability to work across a large number of teams to enforce process and efficient outcomes in a data-driven environment

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation and influence

• BS/MS in EE/CS/CE or equivalent

• Bilingual, fluent in both Chinese and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or PhD degree in Statistics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, other Quantitative Sciences, or related field and equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience managing a program management team in AI powered product space, preferably experience in evaluation of MLAI products
• Self-sufficient in analyzing and drawing conclusions about the quality and product opportunity from raw and refined product data
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to details
