You will identify and lead process/system improvement opportunities inside Reseller Operations and build the case for larger global projects.
Description
TAmericas Reseller Operations Business Analyst Manager is responsible for: -Lead team of key analysts of product demand data from reseller partners -Become an authority on supply chain KPIs and complexities to optimize Reseller Operations -Drive critical run-the-business alignment discussions and planning (e.g., weekly product reviews and quarter-end management syncs) with cross-functional partners such as SDM, WWRO and CSAM teams - Provide data-driven models and analyze data to drive the business and make key business decisions - Aggregate key channel insights across the Americas region and dedicatedly influence business decisions to optimize sell-through - Play a leadership role in the standardization of account deliverables - Create a performance management system to integrate with the organizational scorecard - Partner closely across all reseller channels on key initiatives and reporting requirements - Participate in cross-functional teams to take capital projects from concept phase to implementation - Identify process improvement opportunities as supported by data analysis - Create the appropriate measurement framework to drive corrective action and improve customer experience will be a measure of success for this role - Lead and/or participate in cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues - Drive alignment of systems, tools, processes and org structures across regions (Worldwide teams, EMEIA and APAC) - Occasional travel required
Minimum Qualifications
College degree with minimum 5-7 years of relevant Operations experience
3-5 years management experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA preferred
1-2 years of team management experience preferred, but not required
Experience in driving large scale programs and putting measurement systems in place
Proven data-driven decision-making skills
Ability to think in an unexpected way and influence peers with data-driven models; ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance of, others in sensitive situations
Extensive experience in reporting, data mining, and ad hoc analytics tools; adept at comprehending and working with large quantities of data from a variety of sources
Excellent presentation abilities
Shown process improvement skills including Six-Sigma or BPI experience is a plus with natural curiosity and desire to understand how things work
Advanced Excel skills including use of macros
Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and self-motivated; able to function effectively when working independently or in a team
Ability to operate in a fast paced, fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain poise and a positive attitude in a challenging, fast-paced rapidly changing environment
Strong executive presence; comfortable with providing key deliverables and updates across all levels of management
Aptitude for synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data
Ability to think strategically and execute on operational strategies to make conclusive and measurable improvement
Core functional skills: Program Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales Support, Business Process Mapping; candidates with Resellers/Telco, Supply/Demand Planning and Logistics experience will be well regarded
