    Position summary

    d QA for the store. Skills essential to this role include direct expertise with games across mobile, wearable, and desktop devices, a strong understanding of user-interface principles and design, and experience working with a content management system. The ideal candidate is passionate about games and will dedicate their efforts to helping our customers discover the best content available on the App Store.","responsibilities":"On-store featured content planning, copywriting and editing, game collections curation, in-game content featuring, Today tab and Games tab presentation.

    Develop thematic and seasonal content initiatives for the App Store, aligned with the editorial calendar to boost user engagement and discovery.

    Monitor game roadmaps, analyze market trends, and create curation plans that resonate with local users with supporting developer innovation.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various placements planning according to business needs.

    Test, curate, present and program the gaming content of App Store in line with local relevance and global strategies.

    Through in-game content curation efforts and publishing tools, drive store transactions and billings.

    Communicate game selections and editorial performance with peers, cross-functional teams and management team.

    Monitor and analyze Today and Games tab key metrics on a weekly basis, continuously optimize featuring content/layout based on the result.

    Preferred Qualifications
    Content ecosystem background from internet platforms is preferred.
    Excellent knowledge of China's mobile games market. A sharp nose for APAC and global gaming trends.
    Japanese reading proficiency is a plus.

    Minimum Qualifications
    BA/BS or above.
    Expertise and proficiency in evaluating games and in-game content across genres and platforms, with a strong understanding of game design and user experience principles.
    Excellent Chinese copywriting and editing skill; professional working proficiency in English for communication and collaboration.
    Proven ability to develop themed content plans that balance editorial vision with business objectives.
    Ability to handle multiple deadlines and work effectively with cross-functional teams of business management, production, localization, etc.
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, being resourceful, creative and highly skilled on collaboration.
    Self-motivated, highly responsible, and detail-oriented.
