    Position summary

This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful marketing initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

    Description

    Asset Management and Coordination - Act as the primary liaison between the marketing and other teams to collect, organize, and manage creative assets for organic social maintenance, paid ads and other campaigns. - Ensure timely delivery of assets and maintain clear communication to resolve any issues or delays. Process Improvement: - Collaborate with the Business Affairs (BA) team to streamline review and approval processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with project timelines. - Identify bottlenecks in procedures and recommend actionable improvements. - Maintain campaign trackers for cross functional teams' records. Market Research and Insights: - Monitor and analyze consumer behaviors, trends, and preferences in gaming, tech, and related industries. - Share insightful observations with the marketing team to guide campaign strategies and content development. - Stay updated on market developments and competitor activities to inform decision-making. Campaign Support: - Assist in executing marketing campaigns, including preparing for campaign plan, consolidating reports, coordinating with vendors and tracking campaign performance metrics. - Support the team in creating and optimizing content for various platforms, including social media, email, and websites. Administrative Tasks: - Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining records. - Contribute to brainstorming sessions and team discussions with creative ideas and strategic insights.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Deeply immersed around Apple products, services and cultures

    • Strong grasp of English both in speaking and writing. Mandarin written and verbal language ability a must.

    • Data analysis ability and be adept in using Numbers/Excel, Keynote and other tools

    • Well-developed communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships across internal teams and external partners

    • Sharp and intuitive reactions to gaming and tech industries from perspectives of Gen-Z/Gen-Alpha consumers

    • Self-starting, self-motivated, self-directed, and self-sufficient

    • A minimum of 3 days working on-site per week

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experienced internship in international corporations as Apple
    • Strong willingness/interest to investigate into the details
    • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or other related field of study or equivalent experience preferred
