As a Technical Project Manager on our team, you will be at the center of multiple new Apple Vision Pro demo experiences, working closely with a cross functional team to design, build, test, and deploy a portfolio of new technologies within pre-defined timelines. In this role, you will also be primarily responsible for supporting team members, executive briefing centers, and demo events around the world. Success will rely on a keen attention to detail, deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, the ability to manage timelines in an ambiguous environment, and a strong sense of individual ownership and responsibility.

In this role, you will oversee several key functions that will bring best-in-class demo experiences to life on Apple Vision Pro. Key responsibilities include: - Driving new innovative software technologies from concept to reality, executing deliverables against defined timelines in an ambiguous cross-functional environment - Working with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to deliver Apple Vision Pro demo experiences around the world, focusing deeply on the end customer experiences and eliminating roadblocks to bring new experiences to life at unprecedented scale - Leading all aspects of demo and supporting technology at multiple large scale events around the world, being the technical expert on-site and remotely - Developing project plans, work-back timelines and release schedules, using both written and verbal communication to create supporting documentation and keep stakeholders informed of the progress at every stage - Supporting the testing and deployment of your software projects or new demo experiences while maintaining a strong focus on the customer experience - Leading the day-to-day technical operations of the Apple Vision Pro demo experience on our team's proprietary platform - Maintaining surprise-and-delight for our customers, working in confidential environments, as we launch new Apple products, software, and services for the world - Collecting feedback, metrics, and insights from your worldwide and geo peers to drive new requirements and continuously improvement in the customer experience
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years in a technical or project management role, preferably leading highly cross-functional software projects for end users
Deep expertise of the Apple Ecosystem, including, but not limited to macOS, iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, tvOS, VisionOS, Apple hardware, and Apple Services
Demonstrated history of networking experience and/or technical troubleshooting
Outstanding problem solving skills, including an ability to solve complex technical challenges
Excellent customer focus, with a knack for building strong relationships to better understand and meet customer needs
Detail oriented, with strong organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to filter and distill meaningful information to the appropriate audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Possess a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for a diverse range of audiences.
Ability to manage ambiguity and drive projects forward, even without a clear path
Strong curiosity and dedication to ongoing learning and professional development
Working in a worldwide organization- deploying technologies and working on change management across multiple different geos
Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), asset management, or iOS device deployment
History working with prototype hardware and software
Experience using Terminal and Command Line
Prior experience working in a retail store environment or in a quality assurance engineering role
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $248,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
