    Position summary

    s process flows and partner with freight carriers or third-party logistics providers. Your role is critical in shaping the QA processes, improving product quality, and driving the adoption of best practices across the organization. Your technical acumen, leadership through influence, and commitment to quality excellence play a pivotal role in advancing the organization's quality assurance practices in the logistics area and ensuring the delivery of exceptional products. Through your knowledge of industry best practices for quality management, you will help to evolve the way we approach test planning and execution.

    Description

    • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes specific to logistics applications (SAP EWM, MM, SD) - Ensure detailed and comprehensive Test Script Coverage for Logistics Applications - Ensure compliance with quality standards throughout logistics operations, from warehousing to transportation. - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Logistics Business, IS&T, and Cross Functional QEs to identify and resolve quality issues. - Facilitate communication between business and IS&T to ensure alignment on quality objectives. - Analyse logistics processes and find opportunities for improvement through data analysis and quality metrics. - Conduct risk assessments and manage quality risks associated with logistics and drive business for sign off - Use SAP modules (such as SAP Extended Warehouse Management, SAP Inventory Management) to monitor logistics operations and quality metrics. - Provide training and support to business on quality standards and best practices. - Mentor junior quality engineers and support their professional development. - Create and maintain documentation related to quality processes, procedures, and audits - Prepare reports on quality performance and present findings to management. - Build Test Automation for Logistics application

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Extensive experience in quality engineering, within a logistics environment.

    • Knowledge of quality management systems, tools, and methodologies

    • SAP functional experience in EWM or MM

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience migrating from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4 HANA
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Logistics, Quality Assurance, or a related field
