    Description

You can expect to: - Contribute to identify customer struggles and needs, and develop solutions and deliverables - Develop business cases, manage projects and support commercial and contractual negotiations - Drive implementation of solutions, ensuring all product requirements are completed to Apple standards - Engage with and enable partners to deploy solutions with quality that meets Apple standards - Monitor the outcome of the implemented solutions to maintain outstanding service for customers and to find opportunities for partner improvement - Conduct business performance analysis, identify areas for opportunity and propose improvement plan

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Be currently and during time of internship, enrolled in degree level education. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus

    • Business Level Proficiency in Japanese and English

    • Able to commute to our Tokyo, Roppongi Hills office

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Strong interest in Apple business & culture and the customer experience

    • Naturally curious and comfortable with ambiguity

    • Excellent understanding of the principles of business development, sales, marketing and product development

    • Critical thinking to identify and prioritize key levers to drive business

    • Ability to identify customer pain points and needs, and prioritize key product features and communication to address them

    • Ability to persuade and engage with partners

    • Strong interest/passion in digital financial services/products and eCommerce

    • Strong analytical and communication skills

    • Self-motivated, Driven, with a high level of integrity and sense of urgency to "make things happen" in a fast-paced environment
