    Position summary

    onsible for representing the needs of our partners and ensuring that Apple has a deep understanding of these. A successful candidate will be someone who has a passion for payments, digital services and the innovation disrupting the Financial Services sector.     Description

    Establish, develop and grow strong business relationships with Apple Pay Card Issuers Lead all aspects of partner relationships ranging from day to day management through to the introduction of new projects For new projects this includes early engagement, business case development, project management involving multiple parties, contractual negotiations and execution Provide high quality communications to business leaders both within Apple and partners Drive the implementation of solutions, ensuring all product requirements are completed to the highest standards Find opportunities and put in place processes to scale existing and new services through partners Monitor performance of services to ensure customers and partners have the best possible experiences and find opportunities for improvements Work with Apple Product and Engineering teams to influence product roadmap by leveraging knowledge gained from the market, partners and customers

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Experience of forming and developing sophisticated partner relationships, structuring and negotiating business and technical terms to close deals

    • Proven track record in assessing business and partner needs, prioritising accordingly - identifying and delivering new business, product and market opportunities with clients

    • Deep background and understanding of financial services and payments

    • Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Flexibility to handle directional changes in a high-paced, fast-changing and sometimes unpredictable work environment, with the ability to juggle moving priorities and a portfolio of initiatives to ensure project success and drive impact.
    • Knowledge and experience of the mobile contactless payment and wallet services landscape
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Degree education in a relevant field desirable but candidates from all education backgrounds are encouraged to apply. BA/BS/Masters desirable.
    • Fluency in Spanish and English. One other European language a plus.
