    You will cultivate and manage trusted relationships with leading music partners, artists, and industry stakeholders, identifying new opportunities that accelerate Apple Music's strategic vision. With a data-driven mindset, you will design and implement innovative initiatives to deepen customer engagement, expand partnerships, and drive business growth.
    In close collaboration with internal Apple teams - including but not limited to editorial, radio, marketing, PR, business development, legal, design, and international - you will navigate complex, cross-functional priorities and ensure that local execution aligns with global strategy.
    This position requires a self-motivated individual who adapts quickly to change, navigates shifting priorities, and consistently delivers results under pressure.

    Preferred Qualifications
    Experience with subscription-based business models, membership programs, and monetization strategies is preferred.
    University degree or equivalent is required. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.

    Minimum Qualifications
    7+ years of relevant experience in partnership management, business development, or strategy and planning roles within digital content, media, or marketing industries.
    Demonstrated ability to prioritize and scale subscriber and revenue-driving efforts, and translate data-driven insights, financial analysis, and strategic initiatives into compelling business narratives for internal and external stakeholders.
    Proven track record of successful project management and business negotiation across multiple functions.
    Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels, from executives to artists and managers.
    Deep understanding of digital music market trends, business models, technology, and competitive landscape.
    Proactive, detail-oriented problem solver with the ability to enhance and redefine growth strategies while delivering priority projects.
    Ability to thrive in dynamic, cross-functional environments while managing multiple high-level, broad-scope projects.
    Excellent presentation and communication abilities with expertise in creating compelling decks for diverse audiences.
    Fluency in both English and Korean is required.
