Description
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of relevant experience driving base management projects and sales growth, preferably with CRM or growth marketing responsibility.
Previous experience in digital commerce, retail media or loyalty programs preferred.
Experience managing external partners, driving negotiation and implementation of programs and business projects from concept to execution, to reporting and optimization.
Strong problem solving skills to identify critical issues and opportunities, evaluate options, and provide clear recommendations for sales growth.
Strong analytical ability to transform key performance indicators (KPIs) into actionable insights
Demonstrated knowledge of base management and customer data (audience profile, segmentation, reach, impression, open rate, click trough rates, conversion).
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Proficiency in large scale data analysis; expert Excel and Tableau skills required
Preferred Qualifications
